Hi sleive!

Yeah, I kind of figured that out! It makes sense that he like to dig in my flowerbeds, they're filled with incredibly rich soil and there are tons of earthworms and grubs in there.

But it didn't take long for the rest of the neighborhood birds to find the feeder! I hung it in the branches of a Chinese Dogwood in our backyard and we've been besieged with a huge variety of finches, and we've seen blue jays and cardinals as well. It's so odd too because like I said, I was never a huge fan of birds, but I kind of like having them in the gardens now.

It's really a beautiful place.

Thanks sweetie!

Ah, sorry to break it to you, nina, but the robin won't likely catch on anytime soon. They're more of a grub/worm eater than seed eater.

Anyway, your garden sounds very picturesque! What a lovely way to spend any meal.

M:e,

Thank you sweetheart! Yes, we really love sitting out there. And it seems as tho the birds have discovered the new feeder too!

Well, a lot of people have come and gone, and I guess there's a certain sadness when a blog we enjoy goes away, but there are a lot of good ones out there to read still.

Oh thank you! I feel blessed to have found you too hon, and I know we'll manage to stay in touch!

I wish you all the best sweetie.

The garden set sounds wonderful sweety...I can just picture you sitting there in the cool of the evening.

I can remember how I felt when others left cyberia...Lena, Tea and Naranja, others too...but, as I said in my email, don't be sad for us. Who knows what the future will bring, right now though this really IS a positive step for us :-)

I've been blessed to find you, and I fully intend to stay in touch, both here and through emails.

lots of love lovely one...and a big hug xxx

Piper my sweet!

Yes the garden is fabulous! So many flowers of all different colors, plus as I wrote, the new table and setting makes me feel like I’m in another world all together! I love it!

Oh sweetie, thank you so much! But don’t forget reviews, geeky technology stuff, music, pop culture and… lol! (just teasing!) But thank you hon.

Mmm, don’t get me started on the political climate this country finds itself in. It feels completely Orwellian to me.

Hey, I didn’t know you were a fellow book lover! We’ll have to compare notes! :kissing:

Thanks sweetie!

JW,

Oh yes…!

Let me put it to you this way hon, a man who gives good oral is a keeper! I mean, okay this is weird because I’m bi, because of course we expect another woman to get it, but when a man gets it, I mean really gets it? Mmmmm, oh yes!

Hmm! That’s a tough one! Do I like his tongue or cock better? Well, for lots and lots of orgasms, multiples and such, definitely the tongue. But for that emotional fulfillment and psychological feeling of completion and bliss, his cock. Plus, there’s those delightful g-spot orgasms and that feeling of just being pounded, which there is no substitute for the cock!

Oh I agree about Sarkozy. I mean, they claim that they’re trying to stimulate the French economy, but what scares me is it sounds like they’re trying to duplicate GWB’s brand of economic policy. His Finance Minister is trying to push for a tax cut, but the whole idea of ‘think less and work more’ is just incongruent to French culture that I can’t imagine anyone going for it.

Yes, we are making progress, and as I’ve often argued, with the ratio of females to males growing wider in our favor worldwide, it’s inevitable that one day we’ll run everything. Tho, and I feel so guilty about this, I’m having a hard time falling in love with Hillary. I mean, I want a woman president… I’m just not sure I want her.

Thanks hon!

Hello Steffy my sweet! :kissing:

Oh wow! Las Vegas! You lucky girl! I hope you enjoyed yourself! Yeah, I’ve been kind of busy and all over the place lately (I’ll answer your last email soon too! Sorry!!!)

Well, as for the little time-outs from cyberia, I think they’re very important. I mean, for me, as someone who writes, I need to experience life and live fully in order to open myself up to all of the possibilities life has to offer. While sometimes I may write about the mundane and ordinary, I try to do that in my own unique way.

Yes! The garden is beautiful! Out front looks like a finely sculpted English Garden, but I’ve just fallen in love with what we’ve done in the backyard. We get partial sun back there because of the three large shade trees, so it’s perfect for things like impatients, dahlias, and our roses are doing very well too. Plus, my husband is growing tomatoes this year too, and we did some sunflowers out front straight from seeds! The new table is perfect for us too. Maybe I can call it café nina! lol!

Thanks sweetie!

saratoga,

Of course I read sweetheart! Don’t be silly! I may not always comment, but I do try to as often as I can, tho I am always paying attention to you!

Well, I think a lot of people have tried to dissect the whole psychology of blogging and bloggers, but I don’t put a whole lot of stock in some of their conclusions. I mean, it’s a huge cross section of people who just decide one day “I want to keep a blog”, so the reasons we each do it are as unique and individual as all of us. But as I mentioned in the comment I left for you, I think the most important reason is to do it for yourself. If you always keep yourself centered on that, then everything else is just a bonus.

As for links, The Butterfly Temptress had an interesting post here about links and linking, and I know you’ve discussed that topic on your own blog before too. As for me, I still have the same old linking policy… if you link me, I’ll probably link you back! Tho, I really have to go thru mine. I’m a bit ashamed to admit it, but I haven’t made the ‘complete rounds’ in a couple of months! I may have been delinked everywhere!

Oh well. Maybe I should read my stats sometime too huh?

Thanks sweetie! :kissing:

Yes, your garden sounds beautiful.

I guess I love LG because where else can I get gardens, sensuality, European politics and Orwell references?

Hey, I thought we were at war with East Asia and have always been at war with East Asia. Maybe I've been in Room 101 too long.

Three cheers for women who admire their man's incredible tongue.

Four cheers for women who can't decide whether they like their man's tongue or cock better.

Ah France . . . . sounds like Sarko's honeymoon will be short. And even though Sego didn't win this time, women have made some great strides in the last few years. Chile elected Michelle Bachelet. India just elected Pratibha Patil. Argentina looks ready to elect outgoing President Nestor Kirchner's wife, Cristina Fernandez
wife in October. So. At least the rest of world is making progress.

Hi Nina-

So, you've still been reading..and recently!

My full contention, tho, was not that I wondered if there is a trend.

Rather, I wrote,

"So, as one occasionally reads on someone's blog, is there some trend afoot? Are FemDom bloggers retiring in unprecedented numbers?

Probably not. What I, and apparently others, observe, is, in my opinion, a small sliver of events which are, most likely, normal in the course of people's and couple's cycles as they discover, explore and live, or leave, an alternative FemDom lifestyle......However, I don't see any larger trend. If anything, I would venture to opine that the trend for FemDom to become, little by little, more mainstream is, if anything, sustained. The few people we see blogging about it constitutes such a tiny slice of the probable true number of committed, longterm, alternative FemDom lifestyle couples, that it's not necessarily meaningful to impute anything to the loss of some of these blogs. New ones arise, different in character and perspective.

I agree with you completely- blogging is a function of personal motivation. Thus, I have about the same # of active links as I've had for some time. They just change.

Glad you are enjoying your summer. Mine is proving to be a cornucopia of wonderful surprises!

xoxoxo
