Random thoughts on lazy days with the lazy geisha… a summertime sojourn

Busy days as usual here in geishaland, but as I mentioned last week, a number of projects that I’ve been procrastinating about are finally starting to get addressed. I’m really convinced that it’s a summer funk that’s turned my normally sharp mind into a pile of mush, or maybe it’s the blonde hair?

Hmmm, tough call.

A few friends have expressed a similar sense of getting caught up in these hot lazy days of summer where play comes first and work comes second, if at all in my case lately! But there’s some encouraging signs of life to tell you about, namely that I’ve got a new box of sex toys coming which will all be in need of reviewing! Yay! A girl can never have enough toys to play with! I’m really excited about it too because they’re including some new items from phallix which really look delightful. And, I hope to have my lelo nea review done soon, and I’m also working on some other new things which I hope everyone will also enjoy.

My next website project is to update my Media page because I’ve got some new iMixes for use with the OhMiBod iPod powered vibrator to share with you; (Read the OhMiBod Review Here). The latest iMix is called Paris Noir and I summarized it like this:

I’ve been enraptured with everything about Paris ever since we vacationed there last October. The city just radiates romance and sensuality, and I hope this latest iMix captures some of what I felt while I was there. It’s got some of my favorites from Thievery Corporation and Stéphane Pompougnac and is perfect boudoir listening.

JW left an interesting comment with a link to an article about the new first lady of France, Cecilia Sarkozy, and her decision to blow off a visit with Bush this past weekend. We do concur; the wrong Sarkozy is in office!

I spent my weekend working in my garden; transplanting the red petunias and weeding. My back and legs are killing me today, a different kind of sore than I experienced last Monday, but it’s still a good sore in a weird kind of way! Gardening has truly become my zen this year.

And tomorrow I’m going to revisit an issue that I first wrote about last year on that defunct group blog I started; Net Neutrality. It’s a lazy geisha YouTube Tuesday Special Report!

This was something which had me laughing my ass off when I read it; apparently Angelia Jolie’s former lesbian lover is contradicting statements the actress made to a French magazine about her bisexuality and her fondness for the darker side of sexuality saying “I’ve never hidden my bisexuality, but since I’ve been with Brad, there’s no longer a place for that or S&M in my life.” According to TMZ, Angie’s former lover Jenny Shimizu says, “Angelina is an unbelievable lesbian lover. That’s where she gets her kicks — not playing happy family with one man.”

Um… No comment here! lmao! But if Angelina ever wants to… you know… experiment again? My number is….

And finally, my tea recommendation of the week is Imperial Republic Gua Pian Full Leaf from The Republic of Tea. If you ever have the opportunity to travel to Japan or get to experience Chaji (The Japanese Tea Ceremony) I highly recommend seeking it out. Learning the ceremony takes practice and discipline, but when preformed, it’s one of the most beautiful and sublimely erotic experiences you can ever enjoy.

Brad’s last letter to Jenn

Dear Jenn

I know the counselor said we shouldn’t contact each other during our “cooling off” period, but i couldn’t wait anymore. The day you left, I swore I’d never talk to you again. But that was just the wounded little boy in me talking. Still, i never wanted to be the first one to make contact. In my fantasies, it was always you who would come crawling back to me. I guess my pride needed that. But now i see that my pride’s cost me a lot of things. I’m tired of pretending i don’t miss you. I don’t care about looking bad anymore. I don’t care who makes the first move as long as one of us does. Maybe it’s time we let our hearts speak as loudly as our hurt. And this is what my heart says: “There’s no one like you, Jenn.” I look for u in the eyes and breasts of every woman i see , but they’re not you. They’re not even close.

Two weeks ago i met this girl at the gym and brought her home with me. I don’t say this to hurt you , but just to illustrate the depth of my desperation. She was young ,maybe 19, with one of those perfect bodies that only youth and maybe a childhood spent ice skating can give you. I mean , just a perfect body. Tits like you wouldn’t believe and an ass that just wouldn’t quit. Every man’s dream , right? But as i sat on the couch being blown by this stunner, i thought, look at the stuff we’ve made important in our lives. It’s all so superficial. What does a perfect body mean? Does it make her better in bed? Well, in this case , yes, but you see what i’m getting at. Does it make her a better person? Does she have a better heart than my 30 something Jenn? I doubt it. And I’d never really thought of that before. I don’t know , maybe I’m just growing up a little.

Later, after I tossed her about a half a pint of throat yogurt, I found myself thinking, “Why do I feel so drained and empty?” It wasn’t just her flawless technique or her slutty, shameless hunger, but something else. Some nagging feeling of loss. Why did it feel so incomplete? And then it hit me. It didn’t feel the same because you weren’t there to watch. Do you know what i mean? Nothing feels the same without you. Jenn, I’m just going crazy without you. And everything I do just reminds me of you.

Do you remember Carol, that single mom we met at Acapulco last year? Well , she dropped by last week with a pan of lasagna. She said she figured I wasn’t eating right without a woman around. I didn’t know what she meant till later, but that’s not the real story. Anyway, we had a few glasses of wine and the next thing you know, we’re banging away in our old bedroom. And this tart’s a total monster in the sack. She’s giving me everything, you know, like a real woman does when she’s not hung up about her weight or her career and whether the neighbours can hear us. And all of a sudden, she spots that tilting mirror on your grandmother’s old vanity. So she puts it on the floor and we straddle it, right , so we can watch ourselves. And it’s totally hot, but it makes me sad, too. Cause I can’t help thinking , “why didn’t Jenn ever put the mirror on the floor?” We’ve had this old vanity for what, 2 years, and we never used it as a sex toy.

Saturday I took a trip to Paris. I bumped into Angelina Jolie. She’s got a pretty good head on her shoulders and she’s been a real friend to me during this painful time. She’s given me lots of good advice about you and about women in general. She’s pulling for us to get back together, Jenn, she really is. So we’re doing jell-0-shots in a hot bubble bath and talking about happier times. Here’s the hottest woman in the world and all I can do is think how she looked like you when u were younger. And that just about makes me cry. And then it turns out Angelina’s really into the whole anal thing, that gets me thinking about how many times i pressured you about trying it and how that probably fueled some of the bitterness between us. But, do you see how even when I’m thrusting inside the pretties cinnamon ring in the world all I can do is think of you? It’s true, Jenn. In your heart you must know it

Don’t you think we could start over? Just wipe out all the grievances away and start fresh.

Well, you know, Angelena is quite the homewrecker, even tho she’s trying to purify herself thru motherhood! She’s got that whole ’slut’ thing down pretty good tho! I’m sure Angelena will do another movie soon with another drop dead gorgeous leading man and then Brad will be out the door.

Oh guess what? Apparently Jenn is an OhMiBod user! The nice people at OhMiBod told me about that one, and I even think she visits geishaland too! I get traffic from Beverly Hills, CA all the time! hahaha!

Is Karl gay? Well you know what they say about those who demonize other peoples sexuality! hahahaha! I’m not sure why but I can picture him in a pair of leather shorts with a bright red ball gag in his mouth…!

Yeah, let’s hope maybe next time it’ll be Jason Alexander. Outside of the pretty boy thing Ole Brad had going for him, I never quite figured out what the hype was, ’cause it sure wasn’t hiz actin’.

Of course, I’m still trying to figure out why Carmen Electra’s a celebrity. Hmmm, me not so smart some days.

lmao! Well, Brad is cute! And I guess he’s okay as an actor. The one I don’t get is Leonardo DiCaprio! He does nothing for me. Carmen Electra? I think it’s because she slept with Dennis Rodman! hahaha!

We have a lot of people in this country who are famous for being famous. Doesn’t make much sense but a lot of us are seduced by that cult of personality thing!

I actually have an embarrassing confession to make. The only movie I liked Jason Alexander in was the lawyer character in Pretty Woman (and I still don’t get why Julia Roberts is considered a good actress).

The only role I like Angelina in was as Gia.

Nothing for Brad.

As far as Rover, his biological dad was gay from what I read.

As far as George W, there are rumors about him and Victor Ashe, ambassador to some place obscure and remote place away from the press. I really like Kitty Kelly’s book, “The Family”.

Oh well, the candle is about the burn out and the chipmunk is getting tired of powering my computer.

Well, I would agree with you about Julia Roberts! She doesn’t do much for me either. I didn’t mind ‘Pretty Woman’ as a film, and Richard Gere is always hot! Especially in ‘American Gigolo’

I think Angelena is pretty, and she’s certainly unconventional! Tho I liked Brad in ‘Oceans Eleven’.

Oh right! I remember the Kitty Kelly book! Isn’t that the one where she made claims that George maintained a gay relationship with some mayor somewhere? And I know there’s all kinds of homo-erotic references to that Skull & Bones cult he belongs to as well. Personally, I think they’re all a bunch of closet cases!

lol! Yes, I knew what you meant!

Yeah huh? Most guys are completely into having a second woman in bed with them! It seems kind of weird to me that Angelena would write that part of her sexuality out of her life! It kind of makes her former lover seem very credible, but then again, some women look at bisexual experiences as just experimenting, but somehow I don’t think Angelena fits that description!
