Wired magazine has a most excellent piece of photo-journalism from Japan’s first sex show, the Adult Treasure Expo.

Japan recently had its first-ever adult expo at the Makuhari Messe convention center near Tokyo. In a press release the organizers of the “Adult Treasure Expo” vowed to “draw the adult industry out of the darkness and secrecy which has traditionally surrounded it, to the place of honor and value which it deserves.”

There are some really good pictures (NSFW) and a great write up on the show. Check it out when you have some time to enjoy it. What grabbed my attention was Japan’s version of the Real Doll made by 4Woods – and as longtime readers may remember, the fight I’ve been having with my husband over him acquiring a Real Doll has never exactly been settled. Now, I don’t know what I’m going to tell him.

Sex in Japan is a subject I love talking about because it’s the complete antithesis of sex in the United States. So – you might see something about that here soon.
