At some point in time today, depending of course on just how bad a day this turns out to be, I’m going to be doing some necessary maintenance on my site.

Along with finally getting around to updating my Wordpress software, I’m also going to be updating my layout and control software (now compliant with the latest version of WP) at the same time. So, as I prepare to essentially blow up my site, because the latest version of WP uses an entirely different (integrated) widget platform, this could get interesting. Since I’m fanatical about doing daily database backups I’m not really at risk of losing any content, but everything else is a real toss up – but this upgrade really needs to get done, so, there you have it. How’s that for planning? :ermm:

And I used to be able to get my husband to do this for me… sigh…
