Now isn’t this just the perfect thing to make me blush and put my ch’i right back into alignment again as if I’d just had an orgasm or had managed a bakasana crane pose without falling flat on my face; a post here on Anastasia’s blog sending some virtual love in geishaland’s direction.

I don’t think any compliment has ever touched me so deeply and as profoundly as this one word has today.  I’m deeply appreciative and humbled by it.

There have been days when I’ve been painfully aware of just how hard it is to open up and share myself and my thoughts with the world at large – days when I didn’t think I had a single cyber friend in sight but kept on going anyway; because in the end, what happens in cyberia really doesn’t mean very much, but to know that I’ve even touched one person’s life in a real way makes it all worthwhile.

I’ve always held a deep respect for Anastasia’s tenacity and for her views on the world – and while she and I are two very different people, we often tend to see things thru the same lense, and that’s important.  My own journey with geishaland has been long, sometimes arduous, but always meaningful and with purpose – where it goes next is anyone’s guess, but it will go on.

Change is inevitable.  How we adapt to those changes is always the question…

I know that I’m supposed to pass this award on to others – and I will.  But for right now I think I just want to enjoy my e and savor the implications of what it means to be an irrepressible intrepid instigator of intellect and imbroglio.

Nina: If there comes a time when you think no one in this vast cyber world cares about you…..I want you to know I will always be here for you. You came into my life at a tough time and knowing and looking forward to seeing your writing’s each day brings a sincere joy to my life. I have sent you a snail mail with some info and pics of the boys……

I hope you’re having a great Mother’s Day. I feel like I’ve got a hangover, I spent most of my night watching my Mother’s Day present (a DVD set), and all I want to do now is crawl back into bed, but I’ve got to get ready for a Mother’s Day dinner. I hate those ‘what do I wear,’ moments lol

Well — I have not had the opportunity to have my picture taken with Josh, but I have the feeling that I would probably want to take him home with me and a picture just wouldn’t be enough! :lol:

Yes I am! It’s very nice here today and I am doing absolutely nothing!

I’m being waited on hand and foot like the queen I am! :razz:

(as it should be every day… fat chance huh? lol!)

Oh please — yes I know those moments quite well thank you! haha! I hope you enjoyed your dinner out! If my math is correct the day has probably already swung over for you so it’s now Monday where you are — but I’m having a good day.

It’s nice but I don’t feel so much like working in the yard today, so I think I’m going to lounge around so more! Yay!
